Can I do a return?

Sometimes it’s just not right, if your item wasn’t what you expected, don’t worry, you have up to 14 days after receipt to return the item. 

Whether your purchase is headed to you or back to us, we cover the cost of shipping every time, except purchases made outside the U.S.

To qualify for a return:
•Items must be in a new unused condition; we reserve the right not to accept the return if the product shows signs of wear
•All products returned must include all original packaging materials and tags.

How do I return my item?

ZANA Jewelry's top priority is our customer satisfaction. You may return your Online order up to 14 days after receipt.

To return your order please proceed as follows:

STEP 1:
To register your return, please go to online return form here to get your return label.

STEP 2:
Enter your Online order number and email address and follow the instructions to complete the return registration and receive your return label.

STEP 3:
Pack the item(s) to be returned using the original packaging materials.

STEP 4:
Return the parcel according to the instructions of your chosen return carrier.

STEP 5:
Allow approximately 14 working days for the return process. Once your Online return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will be processed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account. You can track your return parcel with the link provided by the return carrier.

When will I receive my refund?

Please note that your return will be processed within 14 days from the time we receive the product in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email. It may take anywhere from 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.

Can I exchange my purchase?

It is not possible to replace, nor exchange, returned products.
Unwanted items would need to be returned per our returns policy.
Please place a new online order for the correct product you need.

Does Zana Jewelry make custom designs?

Please email Zana Jewelry if you have a specific custom design request. Our jewelers will review your request and get back to you with a response.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 04:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Standard estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days after processing and shipping
Free standard shipping in the U.S.A. Shipping charges will apply for out of country purchases. 

Express Delivery - USPS
Shipping charges will apply for domestic and international purchases for any express delivery requests.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 04:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Express estimated delivery time: 1-2 (domestic), 3-5 (international) business day after processing and shipping
Express shipping cost varies depending on the location and urgency of the customer's request. For more detailed information, please email us for any specific requests/questions at zana@zanajewelry.com.

Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.

ZANA Jewelry is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Items remain the property of ZANA Jewelry until receipt of final payment.
When ordered by the last delivery dates communicated, items will usually be delivered on time. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. ZANA Jewelry can assume no liability in such cases.
We do not ship orders or schedule deliveries on national holidays therefore deliveries may take longer than expected during these periods.
